INSITU PIPELINE COATING

RPS’s proprietary internal insitu pipeline coating technology stops internal corrosion. The process effectively cleans and coats long pipeline sections and is used to rehabilitate existing pipelines or extend the life of new pipelines. A specially formulated epoxy is applied by batch pig method after mechanical and chemical cleaning.

DragX Flow Efficiency Coating

RPS is an exclusive pipeline applicator for DragX coating.  DragX is a novel nano composite material that can be easily applied on long pipeline lengths creating a low friction surface resulting in increased flow, lower pressure loss and lower energy consumption.  Flow increases of 20% or more are possible for gas, liquid or multi-flow pipelines.

RPS offers a complete range of pipeline cleaning services including maintenance cleaning, mechanical cleaning and chemical cleaning for all pipeline applications.  We can custom design a cleaning program to include the right combination of specialty pigs, detergents, surfactant or acids to efficiently clean to the desired results.

ILI inspection

Propelling Smart Pigs is a unique challenge that must be well planned to insure success.  Our personnel have extensive experience in the launching, propelling, tracking and receiving of ILI tools for both piggable and non-piggable pipelines.
